RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Purchases made on the site are covered by the guarantee of the right of withdrawal within 10 days of receiving the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must first notify the company by sending an email to info@emma-bags.com.
This email must contain:
name and surname, telephone number, reason for the return, order number and refund details (IBAN or Paypal address).
The goods must be returned by registered mail with return receipt or express courier, at the customer's expense, to the address:

SHIPPING
Shipments are made via private courier.
The products present in the e-commerce are ready for delivery and order processing takes place in 3-5 working days.
Processing of a personalized order or pre-order normally takes 15 working days.
The cost of shipments to Italy is €7.50 for standard shipping and €9.00 for express shipping.
PAYMENTS
Payment can be made in four ways:

- - bank transfer (I ask you to send a copy of the payment or the CRO identification number to speed up the shipment.)
